Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Wrong item delivered

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Supporting photos or videos may be requested for verification.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5-10 business days depending on the payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Personal care items (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
